Karachi January 11 2023: Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited ("PSX") has approved the listing application and draft Prospectus of Searle Pakistan Limited ("SPL"), a subsidiary of the Company.
The Company shall be issuing 240,462,134 Ordinary Shares using the 100% Book Building Method at a Floor Price of PKR 13.50/- per share.
