Islamabad November 30 2022: Government of Pakistan decided to keep prices of Petrol and Diesel products unchanged while provide relief to low income people and agriculture by reducing prices for Kerosene oil and Light Diesel Oil for the next fifteen days, according to the finance minister of Pakistan Ishaq Dar.
The effective price for MS (Petrol) is PKR 224.80 per liter and Diesel is PKR 235.30 per liter while government decrease price of Kerosene by PKR 10 per liter to 181.83 per liter and Light Diesel Oil by PKR 7.5 per liter to PKR 179.0 per liter.
"Government reduced prices of Kerosene to provide relief to low income people as winter is arriving while reduction in prices of LDO will benefit agriculture sector as it is mostly used in tubewells" says finance minister.
The new prices will be effective from midnight till December 15th, according to the Finance Minister.
