Karachi, May 16, 2025: According to the latest data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, the country earned USD 317 million in April 2025 by exporting various Information Technology (IT) services to international markets.
This reflects a year-on-year increase of 2.2%, compared to the USD 310 million earned in April 2024. However, on a month-on-month basis, IT exports fell by 7.3% from USD 342 million recorded in March 2025.
Cumulatively, from July 2024 to April 2025, Pakistan’s IT exports reached USD 3,142 million—registering a substantial growth of 21.1% compared to USD 2,594 million during the same period last year.
