Islamabad May 15 2023: The National Assembly has approved a motion to bring a reference against Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandial in the Supreme Judicial Council.
The motion to form a committee for reference was moved by PPP Member and Parliamentary Secretary for Health Shazia Soobia Soomro and it demands action against the Chief Justice under mis-conduct.
The House has unanimously approved the motion.
