Islamabad September 19 2022: The Islamabad High Court has ordered to remove the section of terrorism from the anti-terrorism case against former Prime Minister Imran.

During the hearing on the extradition plea of ​​former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the case of threatening Additional Sessions Judge Ziba Chaudhry and police officers, the joint investigation team had said in the Islamabad High Court that the terror over the threatening speech against former Prime Minister Imran Khan. A case of rape is made.

It should be noted that the Islamabad High Court ordered the abolition of the terrorism section against Imran Khan, while the case will continue under other provisions.

Imran Khan has been granted interim bail by the Anti-Terrorism Court till September 20.

However, the court in its written order has also ordered to transfer the case against Imran Khan on other provisions to a relevant court.
