Islamabad June 4 2022: Following the increase in prices of petroleum products, the Islamabad District and Sessions Court has ordered the inmates to be brought to the court from Adiala Jail through video link instead of bringing them to court.
These orders have been issued to the lower judges by District and Sessions Judge East Ata Rabbani. The circular said that the attendance of the accused whose challans have not yet been collected should be posted through the video link from the jail so that the roundabout of vehicles could be saved and government resources could be saved.
According to the circular, five Judicial Magistrates will be appointed for attendance through video link from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
