Karachi August 23 2021: Pakistan Stock Exchange informed that the transaction for additional investment of PKR 69,411,706/- in National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) by the Exchange through acquisition of 2,669,681 ordinary shares of PKR 10/- each from Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company (Private) Limited (a shareholder of NCCPL) at a price of PKR 26/- per share, has been positively concluded.

As a result of the above transaction, the aggregate shareholding of PSX in NCCPL has been increased to 49.71 per cent (i.e. 50,130,598 ordinary shares of PKR 10/- each).
