Karachi September 15 2021: Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited is planning for backward integration by setting up manufacturing facility of aluminum cans for aerosol products, as per notification issued by company at Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The Board of Directors of the Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited in its meeting held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 has considered, approved and recommended an investment of PKR1,250 million for setting up a production facility to manufacture various types of aluminum cans for aerosol products. This will be a backward integration to the Company’s state of the art aerosol filling plant.
