Karachi January 19 2023: Company seeks to extend date for offer to buy Lotte Chemical Pakistan's stake by 90 days ending April 22, Lucky Core says in Pakistan Stock Exchange filing.
The company will not be able to proceed with offer by the Jan.22 deadline as the parties have not signed share purchase agreement for the acquisition of 75.01% of Lotte Chemical Pakistan's stake.
