Islamabad March 15 2023: The Islamabad High Court has ordered Imran Khan to approach the Sessions Court while dealing with the request to cancel the non-bailable arrest warrant of the Sessions Court.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq had reserved the verdict on the matter after the hearing on Wednesday, which was pronounced in the evening.

According to the decision, Imran Khan has been asked to submit an affidavit of assurance to appear in the court on March 18 in the session court hearing the Tosha Khana case.

This is the same court that has summoned Imran Khan to indict him in this case and Imran Khan is not appearing there.

The Islamabad High Court has said in its decision that Imran Khan should file his petition for cancellation of the arrest warrant in the Sessions Court and the trial court should consider the affidavit as per the law.
