Karachi May 26 2022: According to Sindh Sarafa Bazar Jewelers Association, after an increase of Rs 100, the price of one tola of gold in the country is Rs 143,300.
According to Sindh Barter Bazaar Jewelers Association, the price of gold in the international market dropped by 6 dollars to $1,846 per ounce. However, the gold price increases as Pakistani rupee continues its slide against the dollar for the seventeenth consecutive day to close at 202.01 in the interbank after Pakistan fail to reach an agreement with IMF.
The price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs 85 to Rs 122,856.
