Karachi November 24 2022: Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited is pleased to notify the listing of Non-Cumulative, Non-Voting, NonParticipatory, Irredeemable and Convertible Class B Ordinary Shares of Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (the Company) with effect from tomorrow i.e. Friday, November 25, 2022.
Trading in the Class B Ordinary Shares of the Company will commence on the Exchange’s Main Board from tomorrow i.e. Friday, November 25, 2022 and shall be settled on T+2 basis. The first settlement date will be Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
The Market Lot will be 500 Class B Ordinary Shares of Rs.10/- each.
The Class B Shares of the Company have already been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). NCCPL has assigned the Class B Shares the Security Symbol of “GCILB”.
The Opening Price of the Class B Ordinary Shares of the Company will be PKR 10/- per share.
