Ghani Chemical industries Limited (GCIL), one of the subsidiary Companies and the largest manufacturer of medical and industrial gases in Pakistan, has disinvested 16,511,628 ordinary shares of G3 Technologies Limited (GTECH), formerly Service Fabrics Limited, an associated undertaking on September 02.2022 at the rate of Rs. 10.05/- per share through NDM market.

associated undertaking on September 02. 2022 at the rate of Rs. 20.00/- per share.
