Islamabad May 9 2023: Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq has declared the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan legal from the premises of the court. The court has issued a show-cause notice to the Interior Secretary and Islamabad Police Chief in contempt of court. The court has asked the registrar of the high court to apply to the police authorities to register a case of the incident.
