Jul 16, 2021: Country reported 2,327 news cases on Jul 15, 2021 compared to average of 1,322 cases during last 30 days with that active cases increased to 43,670.
Positivity rate is highest since May 21, 2021.
Pakistan’s coronavirus positivity rate remained 6.2 percent compared to 30 days’ average of 2.9 percent.
Sindh and Baluchistan were the most affected, as positivity rate witnessed at 9.6 percent and 8.3 percent, respectively.
In Punjab and Islamabad, positivity rate witnessed at 2.1 and percent, 8.2 respectively.
Total 31 new deaths reported, highest reported in Sindh 25, followed by 4 in Punjab, 1 in Baluchistan and 1 in AJK.
